Steve is a paralegal with the firm’s Land Use and Real Estate practice groups. He has over 25 years of experience in land development, construction, and public policy issues related to land use planning and development permitting. Steve has extensive experience with the entitlement process, including administrative land use hearings and appeals.

Prior to joining Radler White, Steve held positions as the Government Affairs Director for the Building Industry Association of Clark County and General Counsel for a large Washington residential construction company. He is currently a member of the Cowlitz County Superior Court Arbitration Panel.

Steve earned his MBA from Westminster College of Salt Lake City and JD from Seattle University School of Law, where he co-founded the Environmental Law Society.

A longtime resident of Washington, Steve is a three-time veteran of the Iditarod and two-time finisher of the Rocky Mountain Triple Crown sled dog events. In addition to caring for a kennel of 14 sled dogs, Steve enjoys sailing, horseback riding, backpacking, and fishing.
