Law Firm Office Services Coordinator - Downtown Portland

Radler White Parks & Alexander LLP seeks a bright, self-motivated Office Services Coordinator. We are a boutique law firm specializing in real estate and land use, and this role is paramount to our day-to-day operations. It requires reliability, excellent attention to detail, and positive communication skills.

Our ideal candidate is a team player who also enjoys working independently. We provide a fun, dynamic workplace with excellent pay and benefits. Prior law firm experience is desired but not required.

Applicants should be proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Worldox, PracticeMaster, Tabs3 and Adobe Dreamweaver is a plus, but more importantly is a desire to learn and master new programs.

Responsibilities include:

Facilities Support – your dependability ensures the office runs smoothly every day

· Greet clients and guests; escort to conference room or designated offices

Client Filing and Database Support – your attention to detail ensures we manage our client relationships effectively

Event Planning Support – your planning skills help us and our clients have fun

Marketing Support – your follow-through makes sure our website is interesting and current

Project Support – your organizational skills enhance the efficiency of our operations

Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
