Best Lawyers® Awards Barbara Radler 2021 Real Estate Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Portland, Names Zoee Powers as Best Lawyers: One To Watch in Land Use and Zoning/Real Estate Law

Six of Radler White Parks & Alexander’s attorneys have been honored by Best Lawyers, including two notices of special distinction. Barbara Radler has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America© as Best Lawyers 2021 Real Estate Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Portland, Oregon. Radler White attorney Zoee Lynn Powers has also garnered inclusion on the publication’s list of 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones To Watch in Land Use and Zoning/Real Estate Law, an honor given out to rising stars in the legal field.

Additionally, four of the Firm’s other attorneys – Dina Alexander, Christe White, Timothy Parks, and Steve Hultberg – have been included on 2021’s The Best Lawyers in America list. The esteemed publication recognizes the top 5% of private-practicing attorneys in the United States.

Barbara Radler, recipient of the Best Lawyers 2021 Real Estate Law “Lawyer of the Year” award for Portland, is a founding partner of Radler White Parks & Alexander LLP. She has practiced law in the City of Roses since 1982. Her practice focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions, finance, commercial leasing, and the law affecting real estate brokers and property managers. Barbara provides high level strategic counsel and transactional support to private developers and public institutions and has assisted clients with some of the region’s largest and most complex real estate projects.

Zoee Lynn Powers, recipient of the Best Lawyers: Ones To Watch honor, is a member of Radler White’s Land Use and Real Estate practice groups. Ms. Powers works on complex real estate transactions such as public-private partnerships as well as zoning and permitting matters. She also appears in front of planning commissions, city councils, and other public bodies. Zoee was selected in 2018 as a Future Leader by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Portland and in 2019 was chosen to be part of the Young Leaders Group of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Oregon. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in May 2014 and joined Radler White in 2015.
