Connect Media Presents Dina Alexander with 2020 Lawyers in Real Estate Award

Dina Alexander, one of the founding partners at Radler White Parks & Alexander LLP, has been presented with Connect Media’s Lawyers in Real Estate Award for 2020. For the publication’s inaugural Lawyers in Real Estate Awards, 50 attorneys were selected from around the United States. Connect Media states that these distinguished lawyers were chosen for “excelling in their practices” and for “their contributions to the community.”

The publication emphasized Dina’s expertise in representing both the public and private sectors in public/private partnerships, stating that she has “developed unique experience” and “provides valuable insight to clients on these types of projects.” She was also praised for her “ability to creatively guide her clients through the entire range of challenges they must overcome to bring complex projects to a successful conclusion.”

When further highlighting why Dina Alexander was selected for this honor, Connect Media cited a variety of her professional accomplishments, including her representation of the City of Portland in the redevelopment of PGE Park (now Providence Park) for Major League Soccer. Her work in assisting Evergreen Development Group with “a highly contested public/private partnership to redevelop an entire city block in the heart of downtown Lake Oswego, OR with a mix of retail, office and housing” was also noted.
