Radler White Parks & Alexander LLP Adds Jack T. Conners as Of Counsel
Portland real estate and land use law firm Radler White Parks & Alexander LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Jack T. Conners as Of Counsel in the firm’s Portland office. He is a member of Radler White’s Real Estate practice group.
Mr. Conners represents real estate private equity firms, institutional investors, developers, real estate management companies, and other property owners in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, property management, development, easements and joint ventures. He is a member of the bar in both Oregon and California.
Mr. Conners has assisted sophisticated investors in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, industrial and mixed use properties, multi-state portfolios and numerous large retail and lifestyle centers around the country.
Mr. Conners has represented a wide variety of tenants and landlords in office, retail, industrial, warehouse and distribution, and medical services leasing transactions. He also has extensive experience in real estate finance and has represented clients on numerous acquisition financings, refinancings, joint venture equity financings and loan assumptions.
Prior to joining Radler White, Mr. Conners practiced real estate law in the Portland office of K&L Gates and the Los Angeles office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker LLP.
Mr. Conners received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2003. Before entering law school, he worked as a senior accountant with Arthur Andersen, LLP. He earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in the state of California, achieving high honors on the uniform CPA examination.
Mr. Conners graduated with high honors from Portland State University in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration/Accounting. He played wide receiver for the PSU football team, earning both a Business Student/Intercollegiate Athlete Scholarship and an NCAA Athletic Scholarship in football.
