Radler White Parks & Alexander LLP Hires Rebecca B. Tom as Of Counsel
Portland real estate and land use law firm Radler White Parks & Alexander LLP is pleased to announce that distinguished real estate attorney Rebecca Biermann Tom has joined the firm in its Portland office. Ms. Tom will be a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group.

Rebecca Tom’s practice is primarily focused on real estate development and transactions. She has extensive experience in the development of mixed use, residential and commercial condominiums and planned communities throughout Oregon, and has been a frequent speaker on the topic to lawyers, brokers and developers. Rebecca also practices in the areas of business and real estate transactions, including office and retail leasing, acquisitions, financing and entity formation.
Rebecca is a member of the Oregon State Bar Real Estate and Land Use Executive and Education Committees. She also serves as a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the American Bar Association. Rebecca is a member of the Oregon Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Oregon Women Lawyers (OWLS).
Prior to joining Radler White, Rebecca was a founding partner in Barg Tom PC, a Portland real
estate law firm. From 1996 to 2006, she practiced real estate law with Ball Janik LLP.
A fourth generation Oregonian, Rebecca enjoys running, camping and exploring the Northwest with her family. She is a frequent volunteer with her children’s schools. She recently concluded service as a director and officer for the broad of directors of the Theodore Roosevelt Women’s Scholarship Association, a scholarship fund for female graduates of Roosevelt High School in Portland, Oregon.
