Renee France joined Radler White in January 2017 as Of Counsel in the firm's Land Use Practice Group. She has significant experience in land use, natural resources, and environmental law, both in private practice and most recently as a Senior Assistant Attorney General with the Oregon Department of Justice. She has advised her private and public clients on a wide range of federal, state, and local land use and environmental issues, including wetlands regulation, contaminated property liability and clean-up laws, the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. Renee has also represented clients in land use and environmental hearings and appeals.

Renee has helped clients obtain land use permits and development entitlements for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, resort and utility developments. Renee has also assisted clients with brownfield redevelopments, frequently working with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality on cleanup requirements and other regulations, and has performed environmental reviews required under City of Portland ordinances.
