We assist these clients with acquisition, disposition, development, construction, permitting, financing, management, and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects.
Our work encompasses complex, multi-dimensional commercial developments, including the EWEB site in Eugene, the North Anchor project in downtown Lake Oswego, the Vancouver Gateway Project in Vancouver, the OMSI Campus in Portland, the South Beach Village–Wilder project in Newport, the Wizer Block in downtown Lake Oswego, the South Waterfront Central District in Portland, the South Park neighborhood in downtown Los Angeles, and the Timber Yards mixed use project and the Oregon State University master plans in Bend.
Our attorneys assist developers, property owners, and public agencies with commercial leasing of retail, office, and industrial projects. We have represented owners of office buildings, including downtown office towers, suburban offices, and flex buildings.
