Rebecca has assisted developers with the documentation and state approvals for several cohousing condominium projects, including a project that meets the legal requirements for an age-restricted community.

Rebecca represented the buyer in the acquisition of a ground lease interest in an industrial property and negotiation of the acquisition financing.
